American indian Mutton Curry
Indian mutton curry is a finger licking preparation prepared from Indian native lamb or goat meat. It moves very well together with rice, pulao, mutton biryanis, rotis, puris and naans. I am showing you a good easy and less time intensive method regarding cooking this delicious dish.

Ingredients -
Mutton bits of medium dimensions - 1/2 kgs
Yoghurt - 200 gms
Green papaya grated 3-4 tbsp
Turmeric powder -- 1tsp
Coriander natural powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Reddish chilly powder -- 1/3 tsp
Garam masala powder or hot spice combine - 1 tsp
Green cardamom pods - 4
Black color cardamom - one particular pod
Cinnamon supports - � in . pieces-2-3
Cloves -- 2-3
Bay simply leaves - 3
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Dry purple chilly - complete 2 pieces
Natural chilli -1 crushed
Ginger paste -2 teaspoon
Garlic paste - 2 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Salt in order to flavor
Onions two medium-sized - sliced
Tomatoes - only two medium size blend
Warm water - 500ml
Cooking medium - mustard oil or even white oil- one hundred ml
Ghee -- 1tsp
Coriander simply leaves for garnishing

Approach
